Blog Contests on the Net

Yes summer is over and it’s “Back to School” time… which is our theme for this writing contest. This is especially good for parenting blogs, WAHMs, personal blogs, teachers… But the theme is pretty broad so you can be creative…. after all even if you don’t have kids in school, you have been in school right? Remember the good old days?

Contest name and URL: “Back to School” Writing Contest

Deadline: Friday October 5th at Midnight CST.

Prize: Top three entries will each get a $25 AMAZON gift certificate. Plus every person who votes by blogging about their favorite entries will be entered to win a random drawing of another $25 gift certificate! (You do not have to write a post in order to vote.)

How to enter: Write a post on your blog related to the general theme of “Back to School” SuperFundraiser.com (the sponsor of this contest) is about school fundraisers… but you can write on ANYTHING related to K-12 schools. A few examples are “My kids top 3 favorite books,” “Top 3 Easy Science Projects” or “Top 5 Reasons Why I’m Glad I’m Not In High School Anymore!” Family friendly entries and blogs please; no minimum or maximum word count.

How to win: The final list of entries will be posted by Tuesday October 9th. To vote write a blog post listing your top 3 favorite entries and then send us a link to that post. You can include more than three in your favorites list, but only the top 3 will be counted toward the final vote. Remember, even if you did not submit a blog post you can still vote and be eligible for the last gift certificate.

The Voting Deadline is Tuesday October 23rd, Midnight CST
