I´m going to give 5 to the top referrers to my new blog, and 5 will be given away randomly, based on a point system, as follows:
5 points: Subscribe to my RSS feed
5 points: Link to me from your site/blog with the anchor text, ?link bait?
2 points: Comment on this post
10 points: Write a post about this blog, linking back to this contest post
5 points: 5(x your Google PR) more points when linking back. Your site is PR4? That´s +20 points, buddy!
You can combine any of the above or just do one.
Why would you want a link on my obviously new PR ZILCHO blog? I have lofty goals and plan to get this thing up to a PR5 (or 2,000 visitors per day) by October 1, 2008. As a matter of fact, if I don´t hit either of those goals, I´ll give each of the winners $10. Conversely, if I make more money than John Chow did in August, I´ll split it evenly between the top 100 sites linking to this contest.
To get credit for links, you must comment here and include the URL to your page that links to me, the link must include the anchor text, “link bait”, and it must be a direct link to this post, no redirects. Blogs set up for the sole purpose of entering will be disqualified. Cheaters will be disqualified.
